Couples & Multi-Partner Relationship Therapy | LGBTQ+ & ENM Affirming

Kaleidoscope Psychological Services

Hey, I'm Dr. Rogers!

As a licensed psychologist and the founder of Kaleidoscope Psychological Services, it is a privilege and honor to get to work with and be trusted by my clients (who, in my opinion, are some of the most incredible, inspiring humans I've ever met). I am passionate about helping people build deeply connected, fulfilling relationships.

I enjoy working with all relationship types including couples, triads, polyamorous constellations, and consensually non-monogamous partnerships. I love guiding partners past painful cycle loops so they can reconnect, feel truly understood, and cultivate genuine emotional and/or sexual intimacy.

Inclusive, Affirming Care: I believe therapy should be a safe, compassionate space where you are seen and celebrated for who you are. Specializing in LGBTQ+ care and advocating for historically underserved communities, I combine attachment science with a feminist, multicultural approach (FMT) to offer evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique experiences, identities, and circumstances.

In session, I regularly apply attachment-based modalities like EFT and Gottman to both monogamous couples and polyamorous dynamics. I also routinely supplement with techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic/Polyvagal theory.

Academic & Clinical Background: I earned my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from an APA Accredited Counseling Psychology program at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and completed an APA Accredited Pre-Doctoral Internship at the University of Utah. I held a two-year post-doctoral residency at Encircle Therapy in Salt Lake City, UT, an LGBTQ exclusive non-profit private practice.

I am a licensed psychologist in both Missouri and Utah and provide virtual sessions across both states.

Areas of Expertise: Queer and Transgender Care | ENM/CNM/Polyamory | Ace-Spectrum | Mood & Personality Disorders (BPD, Bipolar) | Complex Trauma (C-PTSD) | Attachment Concerns & the Anxious/Avoidant Trap | Sexual Dissatisfaction & Intimacy | Infidelity

PSYPACT credentialing pending, which would allow teletherapy in all US states EXCEPT for CA, HI, LA, MA, NM, NY, & OR. In person therapy options may be available in St Louis, MO.

Genuine love is rarely an emotional space where needs are instantly gratified. To know love we have to invest time and commitment.

The real power of the love is to transform us.
