As a licensed psychologist and the founder of Kaleidoscope Psychological Services, it is a privilege and honor to get to work with and be trusted by my clients (who, in my opinion, are some of the most incredible, inspiring humans I've ever met). I am passionate about helping people build deeply connected, fulfilling relationships.
I enjoy working with all relationship types including couples, triads, polyamorous constellations, and consensually non-monogamous partnerships. I love guiding partners past painful cycle loops so they can reconnect, feel truly understood, and cultivate genuine emotional and/or sexual intimacy.
Inclusive, Affirming Care: I believe therapy should be a safe, compassionate space where you are seen and celebrated for who you are. Specializing in LGBTQ+ care and advocating for historically underserved communities, I combine attachment science with a feminist, multicultural approach (FMT) to offer evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique experiences, identities, and circumstances.
In session, I regularly apply attachment-based modalities like EFT and Gottman to both monogamous couples and polyamorous dynamics. I also routinely supplement with techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic/Polyvagal theory.
Academic & Clinical Background: I earned my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from an APA Accredited Counseling Psychology program at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and completed an APA Accredited Pre-Doctoral Internship at the University of Utah. I held a two-year post-doctoral residency at Encircle Therapy in Salt Lake City, UT, an LGBTQ exclusive non-profit private practice.
I am a licensed psychologist in both Missouri and Utah and provide virtual sessions across both states.
